WHAT can be returned?
Only products that are deemed faulty by ADT can be returned.
Custom orders, special cut lines and indent products are not returnable.
Products ordered in error can be returned at customer's expense.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days from receipt of goods, in undamaged, sellable condition.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Email ADT for return address details when authorised to return products.
HOW do customers return items?
Returned goods need to be carefully packed so as not to incur damage. Use original packaging where possible.
Include a copy of the original invoice, and any information given for the return.
Any damaged goods can not be returned.
